My Story
Molotov came into the care of Suncoast Basset Rescue (SBR) from Lee County Animal Shelter in January 2019. He came with his mother, Sadie and his brother, William. All 3 of these beautiful bassets were seniors when they came to SBR and they were a bonded trio. Sadly, this past year both Sadie and William have crossed the bridge. In addition, Molotov’s foster dad had a serious accident and now Molotov, aka Malty, aka Morti is living in a new foster home with his new foster mom. He is slowly settling into his new home and family. He has several foster brother and sister bassets to keep him company but this is a big change for a senior guy of about 13 years old. Molotov will remain in Suncoast Basset Rescue’s care and receive medical treatment as needed and of course lots of love and attention.
