My Story
Penny is a beautiful 9 year-old that came to Suncoast Basset Rescue because of her family situation. Penny’s family got her when she was only 12 weeks old. She has been loved by her family her entire life but as the family started to grow and Penny started to age, she became less tolerable of 2 human toddler siblings. Penny’s mom felt like it was best for Penny’s wellbeing to find a new family for her where she can relax in the sun without being bothered. Penny is one of our newer intakes at SBR and she is settling in very well with a foster family that is showering her with love and attention. She is spayed, housebroken and up to date on all her vaccines. She still needs to have her teeth cleaned before she is cleared for adoption.
