My Legendary Story
We adopted Shea in November 2020. She was returned to her breeder without letting them know that at 6-7 months old she was pregnant. The breeder let her have the puppies and then decided to rehome her. I had just lost my beloved basset hound Flash and a friend who was in Texas at a horse show was boarding her horses at the breeders barn. I got a call and after a few days, transportation was arranged with a horse hauler that was headed to Ocala. Over 15 hours and 1050 miles, Shea arrived in Ocala where I met the hauler fell in love at first sight and she has been the Queen at our house ever since.
